I started Home Care Assistance of Warren after my experiences volunteering in the activities department of many nursing homes. My family and I would play games and sing songs with the residents at these local senior facilities. It became clearer over time that if given a choice many of the residents would have wanted to stay in their own home. However, due to a bad experience or lack of caregiver resources they didn’t feel like they had any other option. In fact, one particular resident told me that it was still her dream to get back to her home and she was hanging on to that hope.

That day was a defining moment and what began as a volunteer effort has since evolved into a personal mission to provide the best senior care options for families in Warren. In 2005 we founded Home Care Assistance of Warren, a home care company that provides high-quality, consistent care. Kevin McClarren

Kevin McClarren – President / Care Manager

Kevin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Home Care Assistance operations in Northern/Central New Jersey. He is usually the first point of contact for client families, and he takes pride in ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with their home care service. Kevin entered the home care field over 8 years ago, and started the business after a passion helping the elderly at his church at Zarephath Christian Church. Prior to joining Home Care Assistance, Kevin held various senior management positions with corporations.


Rebecca Saltz – Client Care Manager

Rebecca Saltz – Client Care Manager

Rebecca works closely with our team on all client and caregiver activity including service delivery, client relationship management, caregiver development and retention. Rebecca started with our team back in February 2013 and has hit the ground running. Her previous years of experience as a Client Care Coordinator has served her well in this role.


Alice Sloop, RN, – Director of Nursing

Alice Sloop, RN, – Director of Nursing

As Director of Nursing, Alice performs client assessments, creates care plans, oversees the work of the aides in carrying out the care plans and establishes policies to be followed by our aides and other RNs on staff. She is clinically experienced, and has over 10 years supervisory experience in long term care environments and working with Certified Home Health Aides. Alice also leads our efforts for training all the CHHA’s in educational In Service Training. Alice has extensive previous experience with Alzheimers/Dementia as she worked as a Director of Nursing for Potomac Homes facility.


Stephanie Barlow, RN, - Lead Office and Field RN

Stephanie Barlow, RN, – Lead Office & Field RN

Stephanie is our lead Office and Field RN. Previously Stephanie has worked as a Wellness Nurse in Assisted living communities for over the past 10 years. Stephanie provides client assessments, creates care plans, oversees the work of the aides in carrying out the care plans and establishes policies to be followed by our Certified Home Health Aides. Her previous 10 years of experience as a Wellness Nurse in Assisted living communities has put her in a unique position to develop great care plans for clients with needs for : Alzheimer’s, Parkinsons, Stroke, Hospice and PT/OT needs.


Carol Juliana, Office Manager

Carol Juliana, Office Manager

Carol will always be your first point of contact regarding any office management needs. Carol handles all of our clients Billing/Invoicing needs. Carol has been with the company since 2011 and has had over 13 years of office management experience. Carol also handles all of our Payroll and Book Keeping needs. Carol previous office management experience makes her a vital asset to the team and our clients.
